It takes from every other player that payed money for the game.
However, when you have 2 of them in a competition and there are only 3 places that give out gear I think we can all do the math.
TBH I have only personally noticed about a hand full of profiles that use this hack during competitions. There are a lot of people that play this that have become exceptionally proficient and i am not taking anything from them. They claim it is for training purposes for regular fishing only, however it is the developers responsibility to ensure it is not abused, or EXPLOITED, and utilized in competitions. There is a program out there to instantly reel in a fish and ESP which notifies near fish and what they are. Look guys this was an attempt to address a developers to get answers.
